If your CitiesPride.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return it within thirty (30) days of purchase.  To return an item, the item must be new, unused and in its original packaging. Please send an email to CitiesPride@gmail.com to initiate the return process.  Please follow the instructions sent in the email to expedite your return promptly.

The appropriate tax amount by item will be included with your refund.  Original shipping and handling may be deducted from your refund unless the return is a result of our error.  Refunds will be issued in the same form of paymentorginially used for purchase.
